We store the data required for the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the legal retention periods and delete them after the expiration of that period. We will keep your data for as long as it is necessary to process your order and payment, to process a refund, to respond to a possible complaint or to provide you with the promotional information you signed up for.
If necessary, personal data may be forwarded to legal entities involved in the execution of this Agreement, e.g. hotelier, airline, airport or credit institutions for payment processing.
Data processing based on consent
Visitors to our site have the option to register for a free newsletter, which contains current tourist offers from our agency.
Information required for registration is name, surname and e-mail address. Unsubscribing from the mailing list is possible at any time via the link "unsubscribe from the newsletter list", which is an integral part of every newsletter.
Data processing for the fulfillment of legal obligations
We process the collected data in order to fulfill legal obligations. Data such as first name, last name, JMBG, passport number, phone number and address will be deleted after the required storage period has expired.

Limitation of liability

Our internet presentation is informative and sales in nature and is subject to daily updates. Due to the scope of the offer and the time of data delivery by the hotelier, the prices, descriptions and photos at the time of booking may differ from those given on the internet presentation.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in the product description, image display and prices themselves, but for the reasons stated, we cannot guarantee that all information is always up-to-date, complete and error-free. For example, it may happen that the photos used to inform travelers in a representative way about individual accommodation facilities and their contents do not match the hotel contents.
All offers shown on the website are part of our offer, but it is not understood that our offer is available at all times. Our website may be temporarily unavailable, for example due to maintenance. We are not responsible for the temporary non-functionality of the website and/or the unavailability of all or part of the data on it. We are also not responsible for emergency situations. Online sales terms of use, rights and obligations

In the event that the User of the Internet presentation does not use the service within the stipulated period, he loses the right to use the service and does not have the right to complain.

Contract termination
The user of the website does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. Any termination of the contract is governed by the General Travel Conditions of our agency.
Complaints and additional clarifications
The user of the website has the right to complain about the website, regarding the operation of the website and the conclusion of the contract. Everything mentioned as well as additional clarifications can be sent to the email info@1atravel.rs.
Agency 1 A Travel, as the owner of the website, will respond to the complaint within the legal deadline.
All complaints related to the trip itself, which was purchased, reserved and confirmed via the internet presentation, are submitted in accordance with the Law on Tourism, the Law on Consumer Protection, as well as the rules of YUTA, of which 1 A Travel is a member. Law
Our agency and the internet presentation itself fully respect and advocate for the respect of personal rights, privacy, intellectual property and copyright, data protection and good business practices in accordance with the law.
All persons have the right to use the site, however, as the owner of the website, we have the right to deny the right of use to any User without giving reasons.
Prohibition of religious, racial, national, gender or other types of discrimination

The provisions of the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Serbia apply to everything that is not regulated by the provisions of this Rulebook. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court in Belgrade is competent.
